1)    Bladesmith Course - 2 day course

       This course covers the forging, grinding and heat treating of a blade on the first day.
       The second day covers final grinding and polishing as well as handle assembly and
       finishing.

       Course Structure:     
       1.1      Forging and shaping of a blade by hammer and anvil with the aid of a forge.
       1.2      Grinding and heat treating to harden the blade.
       1.3      Polishing of the blade
       1.4      Handle assembly and finishing
       1.5      Sharpening tips and techniques

       Fees:   R 1,850.00

2)    Forging Course - 1 day course

       This course is tailored for people who make knives via the stock removal
       method and are interested in forging.

       Course Structure:
       2.1      Forging and shaping of steel by hammer and anvil with the aid of a forge.
       2.2      Heat treating of steel.

       Fees:   R 500.00

3)    Sheath Making - 1/2 day course

       Bring any knife and make a custom and sturdy handstiched, wet-formed sheath for
       your blade.  I also specialise in Scandinavian swinger sheath construction.

       Course Structure:
       3.1      Course covers all aspects of design, assembly and completion of a sheath.

       Fees:   R 400.00
